Founded in Bergen County by two educators with a shared mission: to make college and career guidance accessible, personal, and empowering for every student.

Our Story

Born from a Shared Belief in Every Student

Full Circle College & Career Prep was founded by Kevin Wallace and Cheryl Varghese — two Bergen County educators who saw firsthand how many capable students were falling through the cracks of the college preparation process.

Kevin, a licensed school social worker, and Cheryl, a credentialed school counselor, combined their expertise to build something different: a practice that centers the student as a whole person — their strengths, their story, and their potential.

We work with students in grades 9–12 throughout Bergen County and the surrounding area, with particular dedication to first-generation college-going students and underserved families who deserve the same access to expert guidance as everyone else.
